Who we are
Aeroclick Travels is the trading name of AEROCLICK TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered in India, with its office at C-142, Nehru Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India. We help travellers in India find, request and manage flights, both within the country and to international destinations.
We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any airline or government body.
How we work
Pilots run a checklist before every departure, however many times they have flown the route. We apply the same idea to bookings. Before you pay, an agent confirms the passenger names against your ID, the travel dates, the fare conditions and the baggage allowance, and sets out the total cost line by line.
Nothing is booked, changed or cancelled until you approve a written quote. When an action is complete, you receive a confirmation that says exactly what was done.
Where our online booking stands
Our online booking tool is still being prepared. The fares you see on this website today are sample fares that show how results will be presented; they are not live availability, and nothing is ticketed online yet. For now, every booking is arranged directly with an agent, who confirms current fares with you before any payment.
What we will not do
We do not claim special access to fares, we do not promise refunds that an airline has not agreed to, and we do not make changes an airline's rules do not allow. Where something is outside our control, we tell you plainly and point you to the right place.
