Changes and Rebooking Policy

A change is quoted as airline fare difference + airline penalty + our service fee. We make the change only after you approve that quote.

Scope

This policy covers changes to bookings made through Aeroclick Travels. For tickets purchased elsewhere, please contact the airline or agency that issued them.

What can be changed

Depending on the fare, you may be able to change the travel date, flight time, route or cabin. Some fares allow no changes. Changing the traveller is generally not permitted; see our name correction page for spelling corrections.

How the cost is calculated

Every change quote has up to three parts:

  1. Fare difference: the difference between your original fare and the fare now available for the new flight, as set by the airline.
  2. Airline change penalty: the fee in your fare rules, if any.
  3. Our service fee: for handling the change, shown separately.

If the new fare is lower, whether any difference is returned depends on the airline's rules.

Approval first

We do not change a booking until you approve the quote in writing and pay any amount due. The fare difference is not held while you decide and can change until the airline processes the change.

Airline-initiated rebooking

If an airline changes or cancels your flight, it may offer an alternative flight without charge, or other options. We tell you what the airline is offering and act on your choice. If our service fee applies to this work, it is shown in a quote before we proceed.

Timing

Changes close to departure may be restricted by the airline. Contact us as early as possible, and do not assume a change has been made until you receive the updated itinerary from us.
