Family travel

Family travel

Infants, children, older parents: we check the details that make a family journey workable before you pay.

For bookings made through Aeroclick Travels. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.

Family trips have more moving parts. An infant on your lap needs its own ticket entry; bassinet positions are limited; children travelling with one parent may need extra documents for some countries; older relatives may need wheelchair help at the airport.

When you request a family booking, we ask the right questions early and raise the relevant requests with the airline: seating together, bassinet requests, special meals and airport assistance. Airlines confirm these on their own terms, and some are requests rather than certainties. We tell you which is which.

We also flag timing points, such as short connections that are hard with young children, so you can choose a comfortable itinerary rather than just the quickest one.

How it works

  1. Tell us who is travelling

Ages of children and infants on the travel date, plus anyone needing assistance.

  2. Options with family notes

We highlight seating, bassinet availability, connection times and baggage for infants.

  3. Approve and book

After you confirm the quote, we book and submit the service requests to the airline.

  4. Requests confirmed

We share what the airline has accepted, and what remains a request until check-in.

Questions about this service

Can you make sure we sit together?

We request it and select seats where the fare allows. Some fares charge for seat selection, and airlines can reassign seats, so we cannot promise it in every case.

How do I request a bassinet?

Tell us when you book. Bassinets depend on the aircraft and are usually limited to a few seats, so early requests help.

Does my baby need a passport for an international flight?

Yes, infants need their own passport for international travel. Visa rules for children vary by country, so check the destination's official guidance.

Ready to plan a flight?

Send your route and dates. An agent will come back with options and a full cost breakdown, and nothing is booked until you say so.
