Request a callbackContact usMost tickets can be changed, but the cost depends entirely on the fare you bought. When you ask for a change, we check the fare rules on your ticket and look at what is available on your new dates.
You then receive a written quote made of three parts: the airline fare difference (if the new flight costs more), the airline change penalty set by the fare rules, and our service fee. Some fares carry no penalty; some do not allow changes at all. We tell you which applies.
Nothing is changed until you approve the quote. Seats on the new flight are not held until the change is made, so the fare difference can move if there is a delay in approving.

Fare difference, airline penalty and our service fee, itemised, with the total in INR.

Once you confirm and payment is received, we ask the airline to make the change.

Updated itinerary sent
You receive the revised itinerary and ticket details in writing once the airline has processed the change.
Questions about this service
Why does the quote have three separate amounts?
Because they come from different places. The fare difference and penalty are set by the airline; the service fee is ours. Showing them separately lets you see exactly who charges what.
Can I change just one traveller on a shared booking?
Often yes, though the airline may need to split the booking first. We check this when we quote and tell you if it affects the others.
What if the new flight is cheaper?
Whether a lower fare produces any credit depends on the airline's rules for your ticket. Many fares do not return the difference. We confirm this in the quote.
