Our independence
AEROCLICK TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any airline.
How we book with airlines
We access airline fares and inventory through third-party booking systems used by travel agencies. When you approve a quote, we make the reservation in your name and the airline issues the ticket.
We are not an airline helpline
We can help only with bookings made through Aeroclick Travels. If you booked directly with an airline or through another agency, contact that airline or agency for changes, cancellations, refunds, check-in and baggage matters. We cannot access or alter those bookings.
How we are paid
We earn our service fee, shown separately in every quote. If we receive any commission or incentive from a supplier, it does not change the fare you are quoted by the airline.
Airline names and trademarks
Where an airline is named in a quote or ticket, this identifies the carrier that flies you. Airline names and logos belong to their owners, and their use does not imply any partnership.
