Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to flights booked through Aeroclick Travels. For tickets bought from an airline or another agency, please contact the seller directly.

Airline rules come first

Every ticket carries fare rules set by the airline. They decide whether a ticket can be cancelled, what the airline charges, and whether the refund is money or a credit. We cannot change these rules or pay out more than the airline returns.

Requesting a cancellation

Send us your booking reference, the travellers and the flights to cancel. We check the fare rules and send an estimate showing the amount the airline is expected to refund, the airline's cancellation charge, and our service fee. We cancel only after your written approval. A cancelled ticket usually cannot be reinstated.

What is deducted

• The airline's cancellation charge, as set by the fare rules.
• Any non-refundable airline components.
• Our service fee for handling the cancellation, where applicable.

Whether any part of our original booking service fee comes back to you on cancellation is stated in your quote before you pay.

Airline-initiated cancellations and schedule changes

If the airline cancels your flight or changes its schedule significantly, the airline's policy and applicable regulations may give you options such as rebooking or a full refund. Tell us as soon as you are notified, and we will check what the airline is offering and act on your choice.

No-shows

If you do not travel and do not cancel before departure, the airline may treat the ticket as a no-show. Many fares then refund little or nothing beyond certain taxes. Onward or return flights on the same ticket may also be cancelled by the airline.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method once the airline has released the funds to us. The time this takes depends on the airline and on payment networks, and we tell you the timing to expect when we file the refund request. We update you when the airline confirms the refund and when we issue it.

Questions or disputes

If you disagree with a refund amount, contact us with your booking reference. We will explain how it was calculated and, where appropriate, raise the matter with the airline. You may also use our Complaints Handling Policy.
