Cancellation & refund assistance

Cancellation and refund

Cancel a booking made through Aeroclick Travels and claim what the fare rules allow, with a clear estimate before you decide.

For bookings made through Aeroclick Travels. Airline rules and fees apply, and nothing is changed until you approve a written quote.

What you get back after cancelling is decided by the airline, not by us. Before you cancel, we check your fare conditions and give you an estimate: the amount the airline is expected to return, less any airline cancellation charge and less our service fee.

Some fares are fully non-refundable apart from certain taxes. Some allow a refund with a charge. Others offer a credit for future travel instead. We explain which applies to your ticket so you can choose between cancelling, changing or keeping the booking.

Once you approve, we submit the cancellation to the airline and track the refund. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method after the airline releases the funds. When we file the request, we tell you the timing to expect, which depends on the airline and the payment provider.

How it works

  1. Tell us what to cancel

Booking reference, the travellers affected and whether it is the whole trip or one sector.

  2. Receive an estimate

We set out the expected refund, the airline charge and our fee, based on the fare rules.

  3. Confirm the cancellation

We act only once you approve in writing. A cancellation usually cannot be reversed.

  4. Refund tracked

We follow the refund with the airline and update you when it is released and when we pass it on.

Questions about this service

The airline cancelled my flight. Is that handled differently?

Usually, yes. When the airline cancels or significantly reschedules, its own policy often offers a rebooking or a fuller refund. Tell us, and we will check what the airline is offering on your ticket.

Do I get the taxes back on a non-refundable fare?

Some government and airport taxes may be refundable even when the base fare is not. It depends on the airline and the tax, so we confirm it in your estimate.

Can I cancel only the return flight?

Some fares allow it; others treat the trip as one unit. Cancelling one sector can also affect the value of the rest, so we check before acting.

Ready to plan a flight?

Send your route and dates. An agent will come back with options and a full cost breakdown, and nothing is booked until you say so.
