Booking & fares

Flight Booking PolicyFlights are arranged through an agent. You receive an itemised quote, approve it, pay, and receive the ticket once the airline issues it.
Booking and Ticketing TermsA booking is confirmed only when the airline issues a ticket. The airline's conditions of carriage govern the flight itself.
Service Fee PolicyOur service fee pays for the agent's work. It is separate from the airline fare and is always shown to you before you pay.
Payment PolicyWe take payment only after you approve a quote, only for the approved amount, and through a secure payment provider.
Refund and Cancellation PolicyAirline fare rules decide what is refundable. We give you an estimate before cancelling, act only on your approval, and pass on refunds once the airline releases them.
Changes and Rebooking PolicyA change is quoted as airline fare difference + airline penalty + our service fee. We make the change only after you approve that quote.
Baggage InformationBaggage allowances are set by each airline and fare type. We show what your ticket includes, but the airline's rules apply at the airport.
Airline Relationship DisclosureWe are an independent agency that books flights with airlines on your behalf. We do not represent any airline and are not its customer service line.
Complaints Handling PolicyTell us what went wrong. We log it, acknowledge it, investigate, and reply in writing, with escalation to our Grievance Officer if needed.
