Who sets the rules
Each airline decides cabin and checked baggage allowances, size and weight limits, and excess charges. Allowances can vary by route, cabin and fare type, even on the same airline. Aeroclick Travels cannot change them.
Where to find your allowance
Your quote and itinerary show the included baggage as the airline reports it. Before you fly, confirm the allowance on the airline's website using your booking reference, especially if your trip involves more than one airline.
Connecting flights
On a single ticket, bags are usually checked through to your final destination. On separate tickets, you may need to collect and re-check bags, and the stricter allowance may apply. We point this out in your quote.
Extra baggage
Additional baggage can often be bought in advance, usually for less than at the airport. Ask us for a quote on a booking made through us; the airline's charge and our service fee are shown separately.
Restricted items
Liquids, batteries, power banks, sharp objects and other items are subject to airline and aviation security rules. Check the airline's and the relevant aviation security authority's current guidance before packing.
Lost or damaged bags
Report missing or damaged baggage to the airline at the airport before leaving the baggage hall, and keep the report reference. Claims are handled by the airline under its conditions. We can help you locate the right contact for a booking made through us.
