Our role

We act as your booking agent. We make reservations with airlines on your instructions. The airline is the carrier and is responsible for flying you.

When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed when the airline issues an e-ticket and we send you the ticket number. A reservation held without a ticket may be cancelled by the airline automatically, and the fare is not secured until ticketing.

Conditions of carriage

Your flight is governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules, which apply in addition to these terms. They cover matters such as check-in deadlines, baggage, denied boarding, delays and liability. You can find them on the airline's own website.

Checking your ticket

On receiving your ticket, check the names, dates, times, airports and cabin. Tell us immediately about any mismatch. Errors reported after travel has begun may not be correctable.

Using your ticket in order

Airlines usually require flights on a ticket to be used in the order booked. Skipping a sector can lead the airline to cancel the remaining flights.

Schedule changes

Airlines may change flight times or cancel flights. When we learn of a change to a booking made through us, we tell you and explain the options the airline offers. You should also check your flight status with the airline before travel.

Check-in and boarding

Check-in, seat assignment at the airport and boarding are handled by the airline. Arrive by the airline's stated deadlines; missing them can mean losing your seat without a refund.
