Do we need every name before we can book?
Not always. Many group fares let you confirm seats first and send names by a deadline. We tell you the deadline for your booking.
Can people fly from different cities?
Yes. We can coordinate travellers joining from several Indian cities so the group arrives close together, though each sector is priced separately.
What if someone drops out?
It depends on the group terms. Some allow a name change for a fee; others do not refund a released seat. We explain this before you pay the deposit.
