Service Fee Policy

Our fee

Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay.

The service fee is charged by Aeroclick Travels for arranging and managing your booking. It is separate from the airline fare, taxes and any airline charges, which are set and collected on behalf of the airline.

Shown before payment

Every quote lists our service fee on its own line, next to the airline fare and taxes, with the total in INR. You see the full amount before you pay, and we take payment only for the amount you have approved.

What the fee covers

• Searching and comparing flight options.
• Reading and explaining fare conditions.
• Preparing the quote and making the booking.
• Sending confirmations and itinerary documents.
• Handling queries about the booking before travel.

Fees for changes and other requests

Changes, cancellations, name corrections, seat and upgrade requests involve additional work, and a service fee may apply to each. It is shown in the quote for that request, separately from any airline charge, so you can decide before approving it.

Refundability

Whether any part of our service fee can be refunded when you cancel a booking, or when an airline cancels a flight, is stated in your quote before you pay.

Taxes on our fee

Any tax that applies to our service fee is charged as required by law and shown on your invoice.
