Flight Booking Policy

Flights are arranged through an agent. You receive an itemised quote, approve it, pay, and receive the ticket once the airline issues it.

How requests are handled

You can send a request through our website, by email or by phone. An agent checks availability with the airline systems we use and replies with options. A request on its own does not hold a seat or fix a fare.

Sample fares on the website

Our online booking flow is being prepared. Search results on the website currently show sample fares to demonstrate the layout. They do not reflect live availability, and no online payment or ticketing takes place.

What a quote contains

  • Flight numbers, times, connections and cabin.
  • Key fare rules: change, cancellation and refund conditions.
  • Included baggage.
  • Airline fare, taxes and charges, and our service fee, itemised in INR.
  • How long the quote is likely to stay valid.

Fare changes before ticketing

Airlines change fares frequently. A fare is fixed only when the ticket is issued. If the fare changes between your approval and ticketing, we tell you the new amount and proceed only with your fresh approval.

Passenger details

Names must match the passport or government ID used for travel. Before booking we ask you to confirm each name, date of birth and, for international travel, passport details. Errors can be costly to fix; see our name correction page.

Confirmation and tickets

Once the airline issues the ticket, we send you the booking reference, ticket number and itinerary. Please check them straight away and tell us of any discrepancy.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, transit visas and any health documents required. We may point out likely requirements, but official government sources are the authority.
